Welcome to another week of #YogaProject52—your space for small, daily wellness practices that make a big impact!
✨ “I am Unique & It’s My Greatest Strength.” ✨
Take a moment to reflect on this. Embrace what makes you you, and carry that strength into your practice this week.
A powerful pose to build strength, balance, and confidence. Step into Warrior II and embody your inner resilience!
This week, we’re focusing on mindful breathing to bring calm, clarity, and focus to your day. I’ve shared a Mindful Meditation on the YouTube channel!
This week, let’s add some colorful nourishment to our plates! The challenge? Include at least three different colors in your snack. Get creative, snap a pic, and share your fruit platter creations with me—I’d love to see them!
Wishing you a fantastic and mindful week ahead. Keep moving, breathing, and celebrating your uniqueness!
🌿Many Blessings
Vickie-Marie

Thanks for joining me!
I began teaching yoga in January 2018. I ‘ve been practicing various styles of yoga on and off since graduating from University in 2000, and began a consistent practice in 2014. As part of my evolution as an individual and a teacher, I thought it was time to develop a website so that those who may not be on social media, or in the local community, could find me and what I have to offer.
