Every Fill Your Cup retreat follows the same trusted rhythm. The familiarity creates a sense of ease, allowing you to arrive just as you are, knowing you’ll be gently guided through each stage of the morning.

Begin by stepping away from the busyness of everyday life. Settle into the space, reconnect with your breath and give yourself permission to simply be.

Through gentle yoga, mindful movement and guided reflection, begin to reconnect with yourself, creating space for clarity, intention and self-awareness.
OUR PAUSE
Share seasonal refreshments, meaningful conversation and quiet moments of reflection. Choose an intention card and spend time journalling, allowing the morning’s theme to settle before continuing your journey.
RESTORE
Experience a calming lunar-inspired practice followed by deeply restorative Yoga Nidra, inviting body and mind into a place of rest and renewal.
