Corporate and office yoga classes are the best activity for your employees and staff to relax, strengthen and stretch. I offer corporate classes on-site, which are tailored to your company’s needs, and to improve the overall health and wellbeing of your staff.
Within the corporate or academic world individuals are affected by stress, and increased demands placed on them. It is important to seek and identify methods of releasing all the stress generated by our busy working lives. Yoga is an excellent tool, and fantastic way to manage all aspects of our lives.

- Each class will incorporate yoga postures, breath-work & relaxation
- Yoga mats supplied

- Guided Relaxation classes
- I offer one-off taster sessions; weekly classes, events and workshops
By attending a 30-55, minute class in the morning, lunch time class or evening class once or twice a week, staff will feel restored, energised and more focused to deal with their daily work activities.
There are various ways to incorporate corporate yoga into the workplace –
- Mat based yoga class – For a more physical & active class, a room where furniture can be fully or partially moved allowing space for yoga mats. A mat based yoga class, with breathwork, and relaxation.
- Chair Yoga- No room for a class with rolled out mats? Not a problem. We can still do an active yoga class but practiced on chairs. This could take place in a boardroom, meeting room or office space. Focusing on the shoulders, neck, spine & hamstrings. Stress-reducing breathwork and relaxation.
- Meditation & Breathing for Stress Management – Simply done in a chair in a meeting room or office space. Practicing mindfulness, stress-releasing breathing techniques
Three options of funding a yoga class within the workplace:
Option 1 – Company funds class
This could be part of your organisation’s employee benefits package and health and wellness strategy. It’s a low-cost, simple way to show company commitment to your employees’ health and wellbeing. An alternative or compliment to gym membership subsidy.
Option 2 – Subsidise the class for your employees
Company pays an amount towards the class (from £10 per class). This would decrease the cost to employees and show company commitment to their wellbeing.
Option 3 – Employees pay for the class. Simply nominate one person to organise collecting payment ahead of the classes.
